— Application
Wrap the bandage in a spiral upward, starting from the ankle. Wrap around buttocks and hips up to the waist, overlapping the edges by 1 cm. Repeat with the second bandage on the other leg. Leave on for 30–45 minutes. Remove and massage any residue with bottom-up movements until absorbed. It is recommended not to shower immediately so the actives keep working.
