Massage: add 15–20 drops to 40–50 ml of massage oil and apply to the skin until completely absorbed. — Diffuser: add 5–10 drops to the diffuser to freshen the environment and promote general well-being. — Warnings: keep away from sunlight, heat, and out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not feed.
