Steam room: activate with water, shake, apply all over with a self-massage, leave 5–10 min in the steam, then rinse with the shower. — At home: activate with cold-pressed virgin oil (Perilla, black sesame, coconut or rice), massage in the shower, leave 5–10 min and rinse thoroughly.
