— Application
Moisten the compresses in water and heat with steam for about 10 minutes. — Apply one or two compresses to the area to be treated. You can alternate hot and cold compresses. — Check the temperature of the compresses on your forearm — they should not be too hot. Wrap in natural cotton or gauze.
